Claudina Whisken founded Elemental Training & Development in 2010 with a simple belief: stronger leadership and healthier teams begin with self-awareness.
With more than 26 years of experience in psychometric assessments, talent development, and workplace learning, she helps organizations uncover the human patterns shaping communication, decision-making, stress responses, and collaboration.
Claudina is known for creating customized, behaviour-based development experiences that are practical, engaging, and relevant to real workplace realities - not one-size-fits-all training.
