Meet Claudina
Claudina Whisken founded Elemental Training & Development in 2010 and brings more than 26 years of experience in psychometric assessments, talent development, and workplace learning.

She is known for creating customized, behaviour-based development experiences that help people make sense of themselves, their teams, and the challenges they are navigating.
​
Claudina’s work combines practical leadership development with a strong understanding of behaviour, communication, and team dynamics. Her sessions are interactive, reflective, and designed to create real workplace relevance — not just good conversation in the room.

She is certified in a range of assessment tools, including DISC-based behavioural assessments, cognitive ability, emotional intelligence, resilience, values, personality, and 360 feedback.
